    Coach Yahya

    Yahya is a full-time swim instructor by profession and has has been working as a swimming coach and instructor for over 15 years..

    He has a bachelor’s degree in Physical education and sports science. He is also qualified as a physical fitness trainer, hydrotherapist and is a CMAS accredited scuba diver.

    He has achieved podium finishes in competitive running, hurdles, swimming, martial arts and wrestling.

    When he is not teaching, he enjoys mountaineering and spending time with family and friends.

    Coach Mazen

    Mazen is a student studying a Bachelors in Commerce. He has been swimming in various squad groups since a child and takes a unique hands-on approach with his instruction. He is personable and motivated to see his students reach their swimming goals

    In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family and perfecting the art of brewing tea.

    Mazen has completed his Surf safety certificate as well as AUSTSWIM teacher of Swimming and Water Safety course. and is now working towards his “teacher of competitive strokes qualification” and bronze medallion..

    Coach Omar

    Omar is a Pharmacist by profession and grew up enjoying the beaches around Sydney and the central coast.

    In his free time he enjoys hiking, travelling, martial arts and patrolling Wanda Beach as a voluntary lifesaver.

    Omar has completed his Surf safety certificate as well as his Bronze Medallion and AUSTSWIM teacher of Swimming and Water Safety course.

    Coach Feroz

    Professionally Feroz completed his degree in Law and has over a decade experience working in a range of non-practicing policy and advocacy roles for vulnerable groups.

    In his free time he enjoys swimming, snowboarding and going to the gym.

    Feroz has completed his Bronze Medallion and is a patrolling member at Wanda Surf Lifesaving Club.
